Welcome! I’m so happy you’re here.

My name is Jamie and I am a Morris County-based Licensed Massage Therapist. My goal is to provide a healing and safe space where you can relax and reconnect with your body. I use a holistic approach and believe that the physical body and psychological states are deeply intertwined; treating muscular tension not only relieves pain but is a direct pathway to calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety, and restoring inner balance.

Through personalized massage therapy, I work to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, and I work to address and heal the root cause of your discomfort, rather than simply relieving the symptoms.
